Notes: Shiner (11-0) blasted Riviera 68-0 in bi-district.
Moody (6-5) defeated Johnson City 17-14.
Shiner lost in the area round to Mason last season.
Shiner was ranked No. 4 in the final state poll this season.
Moody has won four of its last five games.
Shiner has allowed a total of 68 points and has six shutouts this season.
Moody's Toby Smith has passed for 1,966 yards and 16 touchdowns and has rushed for 458 yards and six touchdowns.
Shiner's Dadrian Taylor has rushed for 1,148 yards and 22 touchdowns.
Taylor returned a kickoff 80 yards for a touchdown in the win over Riviera.
The winner advances to the regional round against the winner of Friday's Flatonia-Junction game.
