SHINER COMANCHES AT RICE CONSOLIDATED RAIDERS
Last year: Shiner, 49-34.
Notes: Shiner (4-0) travels to Altair to play Rice Consolidated (1-3) in the final non-district game for both teams.
Shiner is ranked No. 6 in the Class 2A state poll and is attempting to go 5-0 in non-district play for the second straight season.
Rice Consolidated is Shiner's fourth Class 3A opponent.
Rice Consolidated has lost three straight games since opening the season with a win over Ganado, a district opponent of Shiner.
Shiner's Dadrian Taylor has rushed for 420 yards and nine touchdowns, and Chad Neubauer, Brandon Cerny and Justin Stein have combined to rush for 733 yards and nine touchdowns.
Rice Consolidated's Daniel Cantu has passed for 519 yards and five touchdowns, and JaQuarry Allen and Marcus Cooper have combined for 22 catches for 283 yards and three touchdowns.
