NOTE: Due to approaching storms, this game was moved up from Friday's scheduled date to Thursday, September 13, 2018.
Burton (1-1) and Shiner (2-0) play for the first time since 2009.
Shiner won that district game 43-6.
Shiner has not allowed a point in wins over Hallettsville and Industrial.
Burton is coming off a win over Milano.
Shiner is ranked No. 3 and Burton is ranked No. 9 in the state Class 2A poll.
