The Comanches (7-1, 2-1) made it four in the last three with a 47-16 win Friday night over the Wildcats (5-3, 1-2).
Shiner jumped out to a quick 14-0 lead after Tyler Patek scored on a two-yard touchdown run, and Dadrian Taylor scored on a 32-yard interception return.
Weimar scored its first points on a 29-yard field goal early in the second quarter.
The Comanches built a 28-10 lead at halftime and only made it bigger in the third quarter.
Chad Neubauer scored twice on runs of 1 and 7 yards and Blake Michalec scored on a 13-yard run at the end of the quarter.
Nathan Besch caught a 42-yard pass from Tanner Janak to give Weimar their only points of the fourth quarter.
Patek was the only Shiner ball carrier to break the 50 yards rushing mark, but the team as a whole gained 170 on 28 rushes.
Weimar gained 276 yards of total offense and Shiner had 292.
