Rice Consolidated will be the fourth Class 3A opponent Shiner has played.
Rice Consolidated defeated Brazos last week.
Shiner remained undefeated with a win over Lexington.
Shiner is ranked No. 7 in the state Class 2A poll.
Rice Consolidated's Jordan Johnson has passed for 638 yards and eight touchdowns and rushed for 554 yards and five touchdowns.
Shiner's Tyler Patek, Chad Neubauer and Blake Michalec have combined to rush for 1,050 yards and 15 touchdowns.
