Shiner Comanches at Industrial Cobras
Last year: Shiner 34-0.
Notes: Shiner and Industrial will play in the season opener for the fifth straight season.
The teams split the previous four games.
Shiner had an 11-4 record last season and advanced to the Class 1A, Division I state final.
Industrial went 2-7 and missed the playoffs.
Shiner is ranked No. 9 in the state Class 2A poll. Jeff Rogers will make his debut as Industrial coach.
Shiner's Chad Neubauer rushed for 1,032 yards and six touchdowns and also starts at linebacker.
