Fric, Jones combine for 5 TDs
in Shiner's 67-6 playoff win over Ben Bolt

Clayton Fric rushed for 99 yards and three touchdowns while Quincy Jones added 91 yards and two touchdowns as Shiner demolished Ben Bolt 67-6 on Thursday ( November 13, 2025 ) in a 2A-DII bi-district playoff game in Kenedy.

Shiner led 27-0 after one quarter and 60-0 at halftime before outscoring the Badgers 7-6 in the second half.
Fric scored his first on a 23-yard run with 9:29 left in the opening quarter. Jones scored on a 9-yard run a few minutes later for a 14-0 lead. Quarterback Jarvis Williams had a 27-yard touchdown run at the 2:17 mark of the quarter.
Chase Malinovsky (16) reaches the end zone after recovering a Badger fumble on a kickoff. Brody Popp (44) escorts him.
On the ensuing kickoff, the Badgers fumbled the ball and Chase Malinovsky scooped it up around the 13 and scored for a 27-0 Shiner lead.
Shiner scored less than two minutes into the second quarter on a 55-yard run by Jones for a 34-0 lead.
Fric's second score was a 35-yard run at the 5:19 mark, Boe Boehm scored a defensive touchdown on a 40-yard interception return.
The Comanches got two more scores before the end of the half - a 31-yard run by Fric at 3:21 and 54-yard run by Jace Caddell with 53 seconds left.
With a second-half running clock, Shiner took a 67-0 with 9:20 left in the third on an 18-yard run by Levi Werner.
Ben Bolt scored late in the third on a 24-yard pass from Christian Chapa to Oryian Elizade with the two-point play no good.
