GERONIMO -- Shiner showed a solid running game on Friday night, but turnovers ultimately hurt the Comanches in their loss to Navarro.
Joey Gamez had 112 yards on the ground for Shiner, which had 205 as a team.
But six turnovers game Navarro too many chances as Shiner fell to 1-4 on the season.
They'll have a chance to bounce back next week when they host Ben Bolt.
