SHINER - Shiner moved to 3-0 Friday night by shutting out Boling, 60-0.

Chris Baer led the Comanche charge with 158 yards rushing on 13 carries, scoring three touchdowns in the contest. Shiner's defense allowed Boling (2-1) only 69 rushing yards.

Kenzley Wright scored first on a 33-yard run early in the game. Baer scored next on a 22-yard run with 2:45 remaining in the first, ending the quarter 12-0.

Trey Curtis opened the second by scoring on a 22-yard run, followed by a failed extra point attempt. With 9:20 still left in the second, Chase O'Connor scored on a 47-yard interception return, followed by an extra point kicked by Scott Shimek. Later in the quarter, Wright scored on a 22-yard run, followed by another successful kick by Shimek.

Baer added another TD to make the score 39-0 at the half. In the third, Baer scored with 10:48 remaining, with Shimek adding the extra point.

Ryan Kloesel added a TD and an extra point to make the score 53-0 going into the fourth. Isaac Casares scored Shiner's final TD and Kloesel kicked the extra point to bring the final score to 60-0.
