BOLING - Ryan Kloesel hooked up with Kyle Condel on a 25-yard touchdown pass in overtime to help the Shiner Comanches edge the Boling Bulldogs 20-14.

Shiner took a 7-0 lead in the first quarter on a 1-yard run by Kloesel, who also kicked the extra point.

Both teams then erupted in the third quarter.

Boling's Cody Rowe tied the contest at the 9:23 mark when he returned a Shiner fumble 7 yards for a touchdown. Marco Olvera tacked on the point after.

The Bulldogs (0-3) took the lead 3 minutes later on a 44-yard run by Richard Pettis and Olvera's point after.

Shiner knotted the game with 5:38 left in the period when Dustin Mayberry broke free on a 28-yard scamper and a Kloesel PAT.

Kloesel finished with 113 yards rushing on 14 carries for the Comanches (2-1), while Dustin Mayberry added 101 yards.

Pettis led Boling's rushing attack with 65 yards on seven carries, while Wayland Griggs had 57 yards on 19 carries.
