Shiner defense stifles Poth in 22-0 win

POTH -- Shiner’s defense shut down the Poth Pirates, holding them to only 72 total yards offense, giving the undefeated Comanches a 22-0 wins.

Adam Kalich led Shiner’s offense with 105 yards rushing on 10 carries and a 51-yard touchdown run. Josh Greathouse rushed 16 times for 86 yards and a 1-yard score.

Also scoring for Shiner (3-0) was Matthew Hibbs on a 1-yard run, while Drew Stafford who booted a 20-yard field goal.

Poth (0-3) was held to 47 yards rushing on 30 attempts.
